When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), running goals, and language preference. When you use the Runami app, we collect training data, GPS routes, recovery check-ins, and usage analytics to provide and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide personalized training plans, recovery insights, and coaching. We also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and overall service quality. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and regular security audits.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data through the app settings or by contacting us directly. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics by default. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and controls.
